 "A great start can be the difference between failure and success".


I'm feeling really good today. Started the day with yogurt w/ fibre müsli, mango, blueberries, lime water and some ginger tea. 
I also had a multi vitamin and a silica vitamin (and my allergy medication).


My boyfriend bought a push-up bar you install in the doorway and I got in a great arms workout. My arms kinda feels like nuddles as I'm typing ;)

I'm currently living with my boyfriend, while I'm waiting to move in to my own place at sep. 1st. It's nice seeing him all the time (we have done long-distance for about a year), but I can't wait to get my own place again. My boyfriend can be quite the saboteur.

Starting

"Today is the first day of the rest of your life".

An overused cliche but it still rings true to me. I have had a messed up relationship with food, my body and exercise for as long as I can remember.
Now I'm trying to get fit and healthy. Slow and steady. One push-up at a time.

I'm building up muscle slowly and just trying to become healthy. I'm also a strong advocate for animal welfare, organic wares and healthy living in general.
